paragraph 4 of the Law shall present a submission for inheritance of the status of aerodrome operator to the Minister of Transport describing the following items:
(1)The inheritor's name and address and relationship to the benefactor;
(2)Name and address of the benefactor;
(3)The location and name of the aerodrome;
(4)The due date of the inheritance.

 

2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the documents listed below:
(1)Documents that certify the relationship between the person who files the submission and the benefactor;
(2)In the case that there are any other inheritors in addition to the person who files the submission, documents recording the names of the other inheritors and their addresses, and a letter of consent from them relating to the filing of the submission concerned.

 

(Conical Surface)
Article 96. The slope and radius of the conical surface of an aerodrome as prescribed under Article 56-(2) paragraph 3 of the Law shall be as follows:
(1)Any aerodrome that is provided either for ILS approach landing utilizing ILS facility or for ground controlled approach using precision approach radar facility;
a)slope one in fifty (1 : 50)
b)radius 16,500 meters
(2)Any terrestrial aerodrome other than that prescribed under the preceding item shall, in accordance with the landing area categorization (the landing area of greatest length, in the case of having more than two landing areas on the aerodrome), conform to the specification in the table listed below:

(Outer Horizontal Surface)
Article 96-(2). The radius of the outer horizontal surface of an aerodrome as prescribed under Article 56-(2) paragraph 4 of the Law shall be 24,000 meters.
